I started running when I was in my teens as a way to increase my fitness for competitive sailing.  I still run several times a week and have maintained this schedule for most of my life.
Running the Sonofa Gunofa trail race in 2016.  It was a 5 km loop every hour.  Completed 65 km in total. 
Running the Cole Harbour Heritage Festival 10 km race in 2012.
Running the Wascally Wabbit 55 km Trail Race in 2016.
